I began my real estate career in the summer of 2002 with a small, boutique real estate brokerage in Suntree, FL. I quickly learned the fundamentals of the business and the importance of follow up and communication. The market was busy and I became more involved with home builders and new construction, which at the time was a good fit for many of my clients. By late 2004 I worked exclusively as a new home sales consultant for a national builder and represented communities from Rockledge to Port St. Lucie.
In 2006 I noticed a shift in the market and new home sales declined, as a result I decided to go back into general real estate. This was a good move which gave me the opportunity to list and sell existing homes and offered the flexibility my schedule needed after my first son was born in late 2006. Since then I’ve had my RE license with a major franchise broker, and a couple of small brokerages in the Melbourne area. In May of 2011 my wife Maribel Maldonado and I teamed up and focused our attention to our home market “Vero Beach” and created ‘Team Vero Beach” with Dale Sorensen Real Estate Inc. Never before have we experienced a stronger force in the market and in our business growth than with DSRE. Although Maribel has ventured back into new home sales, I remain the driving force behind Team Vero Beach and its continued success and represent transactions of all types including Luxury home sales, Waterfront, Vacant land and Community Developments, Condos, REOs and Short Sales. Representing both buyers and sellers over the past 14 years I’ve learned the ins and outs of the business, honed my skills to successfully navigate any real estate transaction and feel rewarded by all the satisfied clients I’ve helped achieve their real estate goals.
